'Quote of the Year'

From:  geconomos@sandleroneill.com
Sent:  Tuesday, July 10, 2001 12:28 PM

Subject:  Quote of the Year

Until you fully understand "Gustomer Service" you will never truly be "Great".
Please share your favorite Gus Quote or Gus story either by e-mail at msccg@onebox.com or on the Guestbook.

Gus' family will be putting a scrapbook of memories for his two children to remember their father by.

In addition, a compilation of the memories will be put together on this website for all of us to share in the laughter for years to come.  Gus' spirit lives on.

Popular Gus quotes...

"Give a man a fish and he will eat today..."
"Teach a man to fish and he will never go hungry!"

On the lighter side.....

As Gus flexes his arm and says, "Feel That", "That's why I carry a Gun."

'I just saw your car popping a wheelie right behind a NYC Tow Truck.'

RBarber Recuperating Well
June 29, 2002 - New York - It's been several weeks since RBarber had undergone surgery since then, his wife Jean and loyal companion Morgan have been by his side and offers the following update, 'Rich is recovering beautifully from the surgery. The doctors are amazed at how well he has done.  He needs to take frequent naps to rest his body. Considering the extent of the surgery that should not be surprising. We are scheduled to see the surgeon this week to sign off on the surgery so that Rich can proceed with his next phase of treament.'

We are unsure as what exactly that will be.  With the help of some Morgan folks, the Barbers have arranged an appointment with one of the best specialists at Sloan Kettering later this month.

Rich may be reached at rtbarber@optonline.net.

Attention MSCCG Alum
Lower Your Mortgage !!!
As mortgage rates continue to drop to record lows, many alum may have refinanced or took out a mortgage from NationsBank in 1998 during the sale of the CCG business.  Great news ! You may be eligible for a Mortgage Rate Modification (i.e. a lower mortgage rate) for a modest 1% charge on the amortized value, depending on the terms of your loan.  The catch is, this must be done at a branch, since it is kind of difficult to find a branch in the metropolitan area, you may want to get in touch with Kathy Boone at the Banner Elk, NC branch at 828-898-5231.  Note that a rate modification is different from a re-finance which includes closing costs and attorney fees.  Please consult your personal financial advisor to determine your specific needs.
Happy 4th of July !
